Sky Lark proudly presents its Mexican microlot, sourced from the Guerrero region. These beans are cultivated using traditional, biodynamic methods by indigenous women farmers. Savor the flavors of Red Apples, Caramel, and Coffee Pulp, a true reward for supporting these small-scale farms.

Behind this coffee lies a remarkable story of empowerment. Ensambles Cafes Mexicanos, under the guidance of agronomist Miguel Guevara, initiated a project in 2017 to improve coffee quality in the area. This project has since grown significantly, with the participation of 70 producers, primarily women, known as the "Evas."

Guerrero, despite its potential, has long been plagued by low coffee prices and drug trafficking issues. However, Ensambles has transformed this landscape by establishing a regional lab and empowering women producers. They not only provide financial support but also ensure that women receive fair compensation, challenging cultural norms in landownership. The Juba project provides a safe space for these women to work and flourish, breaking down barriers and fostering positive change in this marginalized community.
