Chosen for their gentle cocoa flavour and long, lingering finish to best compliment the milkiness of the bar, our Soloman Islands, Guadalcanal beans are grown on a family farm where they are protected from the sun by the shade of coconut trees. The harvesting, box fermentation, and drying are undertaken by the extended family, whose care and skill assures a rare and exquisite chocolate experience. (70g bar)
