Redemption Roasters has combined two Nicaraguan coffees with very different profiles to deliver a delicious cup. Esquipulas brings plenty of body to the cup with notes of hazelnut and cream. El Diablo adds a little sparkle of acidity to brighten the cup up slightly, along with notes of raisin.

RR’s base component comes from Arlin Andino’s farm. From a family background in coffee growing, it wasn’t until 2017, that Arlin started producing coffee on her own farm. For Arlin, this is a total passion, and she is currently building a school on her farm, for children to study, learn about coffee and have better life opportunities. 

Our secondary component originates from the magical landscape of Cerro Datanli El Diablo nature reserve. Along with good climatic conditions, water flows from the top of the Isabelia mountain range all the way down to their coffee farms below, providing efficient nourishment courtesy of nature.
